Mud manifolds

State International Engineering are specialists in the manufacture of high pressure mud manifolds and piping systems for all types of drilling applications.

We can design and supply mud standpipe manifolds, mud pump room manifolds, loose mud valves, fittings and piping for any mud drilling system. All equipment can be supplied up to a working pressure of 7,500Psi and suitable for standard or sour service; NACE MR 0175 compliant.

State's manifolds and piping systems can are manufacture to be fully compliant with all applicable industry and any 3rd party standards; such as DNV-OS-E101, ABS CDS, NORSOK and many more.

Using the latest computer modelling technology and years of experience we can provide the perfect manifold to suit your requirements. We can provide manifolds and valves with varied end connections. Different manifolds designs with butt weld, hammer lug union, hubbed, and API 6A flanged connections can be produced and evaluated before manufacture to ensure that you have the best manifolds available for your specific needs.

Our mud manifolds can be supplied free standing or complete with a support frame, this support frame will include all walkways and access platforms required and will be in accordance with NORSOK working environment standards.

State International Engineering manifolds are supplied with top quality temperature and pressure sensing equipment where requested. These instruments can display at the manifold as well as at the choke and kill control system and also provide repeated signals for the drilling control system.
