Cement manifolds

State International Engineering are specialists in the manufacture of high pressure cement manifolds and piping systems suitable for all types of drilling application.

State can design and supply cement manifolds, loose cement valves, fittings and piping for any drilling cementing system. All equipment can be provided up to a working pressure of 15,000psi and suitable for standard or sour service; NACE MR 0175 compliant.

Our manifolds and piping systems are manufactured to be fully compliant with all applicable industry and 3rd party standards; such as DNV-OS-E101, ABS CDS, NORSOK and many more.

Using the latest 3D computer modelling technology we can provide the perfect manifold to suit all requirements. Bespoke manifold designs with welded, hammer lug union, hubbed, and API 6A flanged connections can be produced and evaluated before manufacture to ensure that you have the best manifold available for your specific needs.

State cement manifolds can be supplied free standing or complete with a support frame, this support frame will include all walkways and access platforms required and will be in accordance with NORSOK working environment standards.

Our manifolds are supplied with top quality temperature and pressure sensing equipment where requested. These instruments can provide local displays at the manifold, a display at the choke and kill control system and also provide repeated signals for the drilling control system.
